C & G Cheltenham Sunday League of Cheltenham Gloucestershire England. Founded 1968. Affiliated member of the Gloucestershire Football Association Ltd. The League can have up to seventy full member clubs whose headquarters or grounds are situated within a twenty five mile radius of Cheltenham. The clubs play competitive Sunday morning Football (soccer). Currently there are 28 member clubs with 29 teams (1 reserve side) competing in three Divisions. Divisions One 9 teams, Divisions Two and Three 10 teams each. Current League tables can be viewed on the Tables page of this website. The League also runs two Knock Out Shield competitions [Junior & Intermediate] for member teams as well as the Allan Daft Memorial Cup which is played for by clubs in Division One. Mr. Daft was a former President of the League and the competition which is held in his honour started in 1993/94.
